Covid Safety Information

The Bodywork centre:

Please wear a mask as you enter the building.
We will sit 2 meters apart for the consultation wearing our masks. You can take your mask off during the treatment when you are facing away from me. Equally you can keep it on if you prefer.
I will wear full PPE throughout the whole treatment and wash my hands thoroughly before and after the treatment.
The room will be really warm and a window will be left open.
Time is left between treatments to allow for a full clean of the room.
All sheets, towels and equipment used are changed for each client and have been cleaned thoroughly.

Home treatments (post-38 weeks in pregnancy or early postnatally):

Please ensure the room we will use is warm, ventilated and clean.
I will sanitise my hands before I enter your home and after I leave.

Please bring all your own equipment where possible. Any equipment borrowed will be cleaned after use.
There will be hand sanitiser for you to sanitise your hands as you enter and leave the room
There is enough space in the room to sit 2 meters apart.
Postnatal yoga: If your baby is mobile, please try and avoid any sharing of toys and take responsibility for cleaning that toy if this should happen. There is a kitchen adjacent to the room where you can wash things.
